The cooperation between "Metta" and "Archi" includes many large-scale projects. Another new project, "Archi Universe," has been added to this list.

Considering its scale, it is one of the outstanding projects in the "Metta" portfolio, with a construction area of 60,883 sq. m. The work performed for the elite residential complex "Archi Universe" includes RC construction, renovation and fit-out works, and MEP works.

As a result of this cooperation, another outstanding project will be added to Tbilisi. The complex, with diverse infrastructure and a unique exterior, will combine three residential blocks, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, green surroundings, cafes, supermarkets, and all other facilities necessary for a healthy and comfortable life.
